FileMop provides a document collection platform that enables businesses to request, collect, and manage documents from their clients. Our service includes form building, secure file upload, automated reminders, and document organization features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Your use of FileMop is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

FileMop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FileMop, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to FileMop. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileMop, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
